The apartment with a terrace and garden views was amazing! I loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. It made me feel calm and relaxed, like I was on a peaceful retreat. The garden was so pretty, it felt like my own little oasis. Plus, having a terrace was a bonus because I could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. As a guest with disabilities, this peaceful environment really helped me unwind and feel at ease.

The only thing I didn't like was the tile/marble floor. It was a bit slippery for me, and I had to be extra cautious when walking around.

Good value, can recommend. Comfortable bed, down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Private bathroom with a shower, towels and slippers. Breakfast with delicious local food. Setting near to the airport, Tanzania and Zanzibar.

Bad wireless Internet.

This cozy family home is located conveniently close to the airport, making it a perfect choice for travelers. the rooms are neat, well-maintained, and provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the friendly and welcoming host, Brown, ensures that guests feel at home and offers excellent service. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying, and the beautiful garden adds a touch of serenity to the atmosphere. the location also allows for easy exploration of the surrounding neighborhood, with opportunities to witness local activities such as children playing football.

The ongoing construction work in the compound, though not bothersome, might be a slight inconvenience for some guests.

The rooms at Babajay Family Home were clean and well equipped. The location was excellent - being very close to the airport. We gained some great local insights from the host - Mr. Brown - who even helped us secure ferry tickets to Zanzibar. Plus - the authentic food prepared by Mr. Brown was fantastic!

The fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus for me as I love to cook my own meals while traveling. I could easily whip up delicious dishes using the fridge and microwave provided. The two bedrooms were spacious and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV in the living room was perfect for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. The bathroom with a shower was clean and functional, ensuring a refreshing experience. The free private parking was convenient for me as I had rented a car to explore the area. The shared kitchen was an added convenience, allowing me to interact with other guests while preparing meals. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the apartment, making it feel even more luxurious. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver, allowing me to do laundry and pack light for my journey ahead.

Personally, I found the garden views to be a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others might find it pleasant and peaceful.

The guy who greeted me was really nice and helpful. He even picked me up from the airport, which was great. the apartment was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the airport and other key areas. Plus, the wifi connection was good.

The room I stayed in didn't have hot water, which was a bit disappointing. there was a nearby church that had a loudspeaker at 5:30 in the morning, and it was quite noisy from then on.

Always choose this place for my stay. Staff gave great taxi tips when I arrived. Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, kettle, kitchen. Coming back for Xmas.

The person at the reception gave me some great tips, and there was a playground and a terrace that I could use. The nearest airport was convenient. And oh, free parking, how fancy!

Brown and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel like part of their own family. The authentic African food served at the property was absolutely delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. We also loved the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. Brown's airport transfer service was great and reasonably priced. We can't thank Brown and his family enough for their hospitality and we can't wait to visit again soon!

My children wanted more activities for kids to enjoy.
